You will become part of a creative and collaborative environment where you can develop your skills.
Within the team, you will closely collaborate with various functions within production. Thus, you will work with process maintenance and efficiency improvements of the entire production process of circuit board manufacturing. This gives you great opportunities to continue developing and growing in the role as well as in the company.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong interest in circuit boards, technology, and machinery. You thrive in a somewhat broader role, where your tasks are varied with a mix of complex commitments and smaller tasks. As a person, you are structured, quality-conscious, driven, and used to taking your own initiatives. Since the role involves many different contact points both internally and externally, good communication skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, are required.
Formal Requirements:
- Technical education or engineering degree, or solid work experience from the manufacturing industry.
- Experience from circuit board manufacturing and/or other equivalent industry.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience working with IPC standards applicable to circuit boards.
- Experience working according to EN9100 and/or ISO9001.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610.
